Coronavirus Update

Dear clients

In the wake of the Coronavirus/ COVID-19 outbreak I want to assure you that now more than ever my commitment to you is your safety. I will be taking every precaution necessary to ensure my working area is immaculate, disinfected and safe for your visit.

Therefore, I’m asking that only the Bride is to attend the makeup trial (if any other members of the bridal party would like a trial, they will have to book a separate trial).

All Clients to complete a Covid-19 Declaration form before each makeup application asking relevant questions such as current and previous health conditions. Please ensure you print a copy for each of your bridal party to sign from my 'Bride Only'  main page.

MY COMMITMENT TO YOU TO LIMIT THE RISK:

A two-metre distance will be kept where possible although I am aware this is impossible during your appointment with me. Therefore-

  • Hand washing plus sanitiser will be used before and after every client
  • Protective eyewear will always be worn by myself
  • All equipment and makeup used will be disinfected and sanitised after each client
  • My house is always clean, but I will be doubling my cleaning efforts which will include weekly deep cleans
  • Unfortunately I can't offer drinks and refreshments at this time, however your welcome to bring your own

WHAT I ASK OF YOU:

  • In line with my cancellation policy if you feel unwell please cancel your appointment giving at least 24 hours' notice
  • Upon arrival of your makeup appointment at my house all clients will have their temperature taken and recorded using a non-contact Infrared body thermometer.
  • On the wedding day I will require a separate room where only one person is in room at any one time, (one in and one out ) (maximum booking of 6 people) extra time will be added to appointment times for hygiene reasons.
  • On the wedding day anyone having their makeup done by me will have their temperature taken
  • Anyone presenting with a fever of 37.5c or above will be asked to reschedule their trial or on wedding day be refused makeup application
  • Upon arrival and departure, I will ask you to use my hand sanitiser
  • I will ask you to wear a mask during the initial consultation and remove it at 15-minute intervals for me to do the makeup, your welcome to bring your own face mask or purchase one from me (50p per mask)
  • Contact details will be taken from all clients that come in contact with me as part of Track and Trace policy and will need to sign a declaration form.

Please remember this is for everyone’s safety and the above guidelines may change over coming weeks or months. Failure to observe safety measures will result in services not being provided.

I can’t wait to see and meet you all and get playing with makeup again.
