I believe, the secret of beautiful makeup isn’t a makeup bag filled with the most expensive items or using complicated application techniques – it’s about using the right products in the right places to bring out your natural beauty. I will give you professional hints, tips and advice that will help you achieve a more polished professional look. Together we will look at what makes you uniquely beautiful and how you can enhance this. I will help you select shades and products that will compliment your colouring and skin tone. 

Makeup can be a transformative and empowering tool and is a skill I can teach you. It is a skill that women are expected to possess; however, they very rarely receive any formal training. Often relying on a process of learning through trial and error and being taught by our mother, sisters and friends which then often becomes an expensive learning curve.

My Makeup Lessons are not a one size fits all which is why I tailor my services to your needs and what you would like to get out of our time together. I want you to come away not only feeling that you have mastered what you wanted to cover but that you also came away with value for money. 


The lesson can cover anything you want whether that would be learning how to apply just foundation, eye makeup, how to use your current makeup to its full potential, being able to create a day or evening look by yourself or even if you need a new makeup collection and would like to see how to apply products but also get some recommendations.

If you simply want to learn the basic skills of makeup application, make a fresh start with new products and a new look or if you are a bride getting married abroad and want to do your own makeup, a 1 to 1 lesson is a great choice and one where you will benefit from personal advice.


My Makeup Lessons are structured by a Step-by-step application of makeup on one side of face by me with a talk through of what I am doing and showing you the techniques as I go.

Hands on application of the makeup on the other side of your face carried out by you replicating what I have done and learning the techniques used.


During a lesson, you will get product recommendations, makeup application skills, and recommended brushes to add to your makeup bag.

Makeup Masterclass  

This package is great for the girl's night out, or hen party plans. I will pick one if you to be my model initially, then when you all have a go at doing your own make up, I will share my experience by helping each and every one of you, talking you through, stage by stage application. I advise, due to the larger group, this will be a 4–5-hour session...


These workshops are great for women who may find 1-1 lessons intimidating and would like strength in numbers and/or want to experience it with a group of good friends.

If you need advice on products to make your skin glow and your eyes pop, if you’re feeling self-conscious over signs of fatigue or skin changes, or if you want to learn how to create an elegant and natural look, a one-to-one makeup lesson is going to open your eyes to a new you! During our makeup lesson, I will show you how to choose the best products to suit your skin tone and help you create your perfect makeup routine so you feel radiant every day. 


A Step-By-Step Makeup Lesson where you will get hands-on experience with applying your makeup on one half of your face after Helen has shown you the steps on the other side. The perfect way to pick up the techniques and feel comfortable with the brushes for the perfect application.

T&C

Clients must read and agree with the terms and conditions before booking an appointment.


Payment

Payment will be requested upon booking. Bank transfer to be made before the appointment will be accepted.


Cancellation/Punctuality
In the unlikely event of Helen cancelling the appointment all payments made by the client will be fully refunded.


Cancellations made by the client must be made with at least 24 hours notice prior to the appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% cancellation charge.


Clients should arrive/be ready for their appointment on time. A client arriving late may lead to cancellation of the appointment, in which case there will be no refund of any payments already made to Helen. If a customer is running late Helen should be informed immediately.


Client Responsibility


It is the client’s responsibility to inform Helen of any known allergies or skin sensitivities they may have prior to the appointment.
